The house
A gastronomy house, not a restaurant.
The Provenance Table is a curated platform for food, drink, and gathering — founded by Jason, a classically trained culinary professional. We identify what is worthwhile, provide the context to appreciate it, and design the settings in which people experience it together.

Three connected roles
Curator
We select the producers, restaurants, techniques, and pairings we return to.
Convener
We bring people together — private dinners, tastings, salons, workshops, and conferences.
Interpreter
We explain why something matters, how it should be experienced, and what connects it to place.

A note from the founder
My classical culinary training was technical. What it taught me, though, was harder to name — a way of paying attention. Where a cheese comes from. How a wine was made. Why one pairing dulls a meal and another lifts it.
The Provenance Table exists to make that attention available. Not as a restaurant. As a house that curates, convenes, and interprets — so that the table becomes an act of care, not a transaction.
