Autumn in Provence, three days at one table.
Attendance is capped at 120. Members of The Table Club receive first allocation; remaining seats are released each spring by application.

A long-table closing dinner. Producers, chefs, and members at one table.
Who takes the floor
Practitioners, not personalities.
A short program with long conversations. The 2027 lineup is invited through the winter and announced to members in April.
